LesenI have been working with Andrea for quite some years, during those years we had the opportunity to work on different technology implementations at big law firms in mainland Europe. One project that stands out for me was the rollout of HighQ at Wolf Theiss. HighQ requires a law firm to undertake a change management process and adopt a wider strategy around legal services and how to deliver those services, beyond the obvious technology change. Working closely with Andrea and her team for about 12-16 months, I can say this was one of the best-executed programmes I have ever seen! From the strategic alignment with the partners, coming up with a brand for HighQ, and productising the legal solutions not only internally but also externally towards clients, all of that contributed to a great blueprint for a technology rollout at a Law firm or Corporate legal department.
