Andrea brings a rare combination of experience across legal practice, LegalTech, and business development. She began her career as a lawyer at Clifford Chance and Linklaters, then led innovation, BD and marketing at Wolf Theiss, and later served as Europe Director of Innovation at Dentons. Andrea has lived and worked across the UK, Germany, Austria, and Hungary - and has led multiple FT-recognised transformation initiatives across client solution development, training and upskilling, cross-practice area collaboration’, and no-code automation. Clients trust her for her calm, strategic presence and her ability to bridge legal thinking with business change.

Pietro brings deep, first-hand experience leading legal transformation from inside global enterprises. Over two decades at Mercedes-Benz and Daimler, he held senior roles in legal operations, procurement, data governance and digital strategy — including as Head of Legal Procurement and Head of Digital Transformation for Integrity & Legal Affairs. He has worked across Europe and North America, leading cross-functional change in complex, regulated environments.
